The row record type of Unoriented Knots. This describes the table's public columns, distinct from the mathematical object represented by a row.

The dataset primary key is name. The generated first column id : RowRef<UnorientedKnotRow> links to the row page using that key. It is not stored as a field in the record. String fields render as plain text.

type UnorientedKnotRow = {
    name: string
    orientations: Set<RowRef<OrientedKnotRow>>
    reversible: bool
}
ColumnTypeMeaning
namestringThe unoriented catalogue name and dataset primary key.
orientationsSet<RowRef<OrientedKnotRow>>References to the retained orientations. Unresolved equivalences may leave possible duplicate representatives.
reversibleboolTrue when normalization leaves one orientation; false does not prove non-reversibility when symmetry is unresolved.

RowRef<T> refers to a row of type T, rather than embedding its record. Sets of row references contain clickable members in numeric knot order. Their ordering is for display only; distinct rows can still represent mathematically equivalent objects when identification is unresolved. T option distinguishes a value from None.
