Add a registry entry to unified/projects.json and a Jinja article extending projects/article.html. Supply a title, summary, authors, date, status, and related dataset IDs. Use dataset_link, entity_link, and dataset_preview for bounded embeds using the same access rules as ordinary pages.

Datasets

Declare stable identity, column types, provenance, license, methodology and completeness. Unknown metadata should remain unknown. Synapse, static files, and SQLite remain supported storage backends. Keep exact values exact and preserve unparsed symbolic source as text.

Run complete snapshot validation before claiming schema verification. Reference existence is separate from mathematical equivalence. Existing group upload and correction facilities remain available to authorized contributors.
