Link invariants and polytope geometry

This project studies $F_L$ expansions and link Floer homology through explicit computations and the geometry of their associated polytopes. It brings these invariants together with Alexander Newton and dual Thurston polytopes, providing examples for investigating relationships between quantum invariants, homological invariants, and the topology of link complements.

The computations are organized by link, allowing available expansions, homological data, and polytope visualizations to be examined together. The resulting collection supports comparisons across examples and the formulation of conjectures about the structures detected by these invariants.

Computational data

The FL/HFL Links dataset collects the results. Individual link records provide the available computations and visualizations, and distinguish completed calculations from missing or unsuccessful computations.
